Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

That’s why we offer a 30-Day 100% Happiness Guarantee on all our products.
If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right — quickly and with care.

Refunds

If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations within 30 days of receiving it, simply contact us at support@givenwithlove.co and we’ll help you find a solution.

Refunds, when applicable, are processed to your original payment method and typically appear within 3–5 business days.

Returns (Items in Good Condition)

If you’d like to return an item that arrived in perfect condition and on time, please email support@givenwithlove.co with your order number.
A small handling and delivery fee of $7.95 will apply for each returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please send a clear photo of the item and your order number to support@givenwithlove.co.
We’ll replace it right away at no cost to you — no need to return the damaged piece.


Order Cancellations

We work hard to process orders as soon as they come in — often within hours — so we can get your gifts shipped as quickly as possible.

If you need to cancel, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
After that time, we may not be able to stop fulfillment.

Payment Gateway Fees

Please note that some payment providers (such as PayPal, Stripe, Amazon Pay, or Apple Pay) charge non-refundable transaction fees between 3.5%–4.7%.
Refunds will reflect these deductions, depending on the payment platform used.

Example:
A $125 order paid via PayPal (4.5% fee) would refund at $114.60 after deduction.

For orders below $99, a flat $7.95 processing fee per unit will apply to cover payment fees.

Personalized Order

Because personalized products are made uniquely for you (including names, dates, or custom messages), we’re unable to accept returns on these items.
However, we’re happy to offer store credit or up to 50% off as a goodwill gesture in certain cases.

Please review your personalization details carefully before submitting your order.

Customer Error

We’re unable to accept returns caused by incorrect customization details provided by the customer, so please double-check all names, dates, and spellings.
Still, if something goes wrong, please reach out — we’ll always do our best to find a fair solution.

Holiday Season Notice

During busy seasons and holidays, we do everything possible to deliver your gifts on time.
However, please understand that slight delays can occur due to high demand, weather, or carrier issues.

Refunds cannot be issued for orders delayed due to these circumstances, and we appreciate your understanding and patience during these times.
