How long does production take?

Most orders are made and ready to ship within 1–2 business days.
Note: Custom laser-cut metal artwork may take 5–10 business days to produce.

My order hasn’t shipped after two days — why?

Our team of hardworking parents values time with family on weekends.
If you placed your order after 3PM EST on Friday or during the weekend, your item will ship by Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week.

What are your estimated shipping times?

  • United States: 3–5 business days (most arrive sooner!)

  • Canada, UK & EU: 5–10 business days

  • Other Countries: 7–14 business days

Tracking details will be emailed as soon as your order ships.

Can I change my order details?

If you made a mistake or need to update your details, please email support@givenwithlove.co within 24 hours of placing your order.
After that window, your order will already be in production and changes can’t be guaranteed.

How do I cancel an order?

We process orders quickly to make sure your gift arrives on time!
Because of this, cancellations can only be made within 24 hours after placing your order.
To cancel, email support@givenwithlove.co right away — or send us a message on our Contact page.

I tried calling but couldn’t connect — what should I do?

Our customer service team is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (Pacific Standard Time).
If you reach us outside those hours, just email support@givenwithlove.co — we respond within 12 hours on weekdays.

How can I track my package?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email with your courier information and link.
You can also track your order anytime on our Order Tracking page.

My order says “delivered” but I haven’t received it. What should I do?

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but the package isn’t there yet:

  1. Double-check your mailbox, front porch, or parcel locker.

  2. Wait 1–2 business days — carriers sometimes scan packages early.

  3. Contact your local post office with your tracking number for more details.
